XLPE Insulation Power Cable of 26/35KV or Lower
   The cable is used to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of AC. 50Hz, rated voltage 35KV or lower. By comparison with power cable with PVC insulation, it has not only excellent electric performance, mechanical performance, heat&aging resistant performance, weather resistant performance, chemical corrosion resistant performance, but also simple structure, light wight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long term working(90ºC)as well.  
 
Executive standard
  As section"extruded insulation power cable with rated voltage from 1KV(Um=1.2KV) to 35KV(Um=40.5 KV)" stipulated in GB/T12706.1-2008~GB/T12706.3-2008 or IEC60502 according to the requirement of the customer.
 
Working Condition
   1. Long-term working temperature by cable conductor is 90ºC.
   2. Max.temperature of cable conductor shall be no more than 250ºC during short circuit(the longest lasting time shall be no more than 5 seconds.)
   3. Environment temperature for installation is no less than 0ºC.
   4. Min bending radium of cable
   5. A.C.rated voltage Uo/U of cable is 0.6/1KV-26/35KV.
      Uo: rated A.C. Voltage of conductor to earth or between metallic shielding for cable designing, which is called phrase voltage.
      U: rated A.C. Voltage between conductor for cable designing, which is called wire voltage.

     2.Cables that can produce as customers require.
      2.1 Fire-retardant cable for all grades. Add "ZA""ZB"or"ZC"in the front.  A, B, C stand for grade. When there is no require of fire-retardant for this cable, we fellow the grade C, and add ZR in the front. These types are in accordance with this standard and GB/T 19666-2005
       2.2 halogen-flee low-smoke fire-retardant cables. Fit for all grades of non-PVC inner sheath/outer sheath cable, add WDZ(A,B,C) in the front. These types are in accordance with this standard and GB/T 19666-2005
       2.3 Fire-resistant electric cable(0.6/1KV and 1.8/3KV)Add "NA", "N"in the front."NA"stand for grade A ,"B"stand for grade B. Only copper core for Fire-retardant electric cable. When no requirement, we fellow grade B. Add"NH"in the front. These types are in accordance with this standard and GB/T 19666-2005 and GB/T19216.21-2003.
      2.4 Fire-resistant and flame-retardant electric cable/halogen-flee low-smoke fire-retardant electric cables(0.6/1KV and 1.8/3KV) Expressed as "Z(A,B,C)N-", "WDZ(A,B,C)N-", fellow 2.1,2.2 and 2.3. These types are in accordance with this standard and GB/T19666-2005 and GB/T 19216.21-2003
       2.5 Waterproof, rat proof, termite proof and UV resistant cable.
       2.6 EMI shielding cable.
       2.7 All kinds of special use cables.
      3. For AC system, normally use nonmagnetic material armour to reduce magnetism loss.
